I am passionate about the whole person, making it a priority to put a focus on mind body connection. Together we’ll find the best approach to meet your goals and maintain them. Including, but not limited to: Building muscle / losing weight / increased flexibility / boosting stamina / preparing for an event / managing aches and pains. Your wholeness practice can include a fusion of: HIIT, calisthenics, yoga, dance cardio, sculpt, etc.
